We found out last night that
Andy Shelline is going in for a 4-bypass next Tues. The Drs. said that he is a
"heart attack waiting to happen" and although there is always a risk
of surgery, the risk of waiting far outweighs it. He has been having tests and
yesterday had an angiogram. He will be in the UVRMC. He did not yet have a
heart attack. That is good. Norma asks for our faith and prayers in his behalf
and they will have a family Fast next Sunday.
Wayne called last night and said that Amanda and her horse were in an accident and as far as they know Amanda is OK, but maybe not the horse who was spooked by a truck and ran into it. No one cited. We hope that isn’t the end of her riding career and that the horse will survive. She was recently named Rodeo Princess and does very well in competition. How about a card with a few dollars for this sweet girl?
Wayne is totally broke as well and hoping he can sell his Cisco property, and has a couple of interested buyers. He still stands to lose his house and all if he can’t raise money he so desperately needs.
Lynn D and Cindy are also looking for work but the jobs available are few and far between. Kari and Doug as well.
Steve Pederson is looking for permanent work and has some possibilities coming up.
There are others in the family who also need our love and prayers. These are tough times and we need the faith of our forefathers to get us through them, so we appreciate the unity and love we see and feel daily in our family.
